A reply was not delivered

Open the ticket and read the delivery message beside the reply. It shows whether the problem is the sending domain, the customer’s address or the receiving email service.

The sending domain is not ready

Open Settings > Integrations, select the inbox and check the DNS records. Select Check again after correcting them.

Verify your sending domain

The customer address does not exist or is closed

Check the address for spelling mistakes. If you have the correct address, select Correct the address and send the reply again.

If the mailbox is closed, contact the customer another way and ask for a working address.

The mailbox is full or the server did not answer

Try again later. The customer may need to make room in the mailbox or ask their email provider for help.

The receiving server refused the message

Check that your sending domain is verified. If it is verified and the address is correct, try again later. The receiving service may be blocking or delaying the message.
