A test email is not showing in TicketOS

Check these points in order:

  1. Make sure the test was sent to the public customer-service address, not the address ending with @in.ticketos.one.
  2. Send the test from a different email address.
  3. If you use forwarding, confirm that it points to the exact address shown in TicketOS.
  4. Check whether your email provider requires you to confirm forwarding before it becomes active.
  5. Make sure forwarding is shown as active or verified by the provider.
  6. If you use Microsoft 365, make sure the organisation allows automatic forwarding to an external address.
  7. If you use MX, make sure the domain is verified in TicketOS.
  8. If you use MX, remove old MX records on the same domain or subdomain.

Send a new test after making a change. DNS changes can take time to become visible.

  • The customer-service address you tested.
  • The sender address.
  • The approximate time the test was sent.
  • A screenshot of the receiving status in TicketOS.
