Get to know your TicketOS workspace
Your first goal is simple: receive a test email, reply from TicketOS and confirm that the reply was delivered. You do not need to configure every feature before you start.
The main areas
- Tickets shows customer requests from every inbox you can access.
- My tasks brings together internal tasks and customer tickets assigned to you or your groups, across the inboxes and queues you can access.
- Customers keeps people, companies, contact details and earlier tickets together.
- Reports shows activity and results for the workspace.
- Team is where you invite colleagues, choose access and create groups.
- Settings contains inboxes, AssistOS, email design, notifications, templates, SLA, ticket types, tags and workflows.
- Account contains company details, features, plan information and workspace exports.
On a phone, Tickets, My tasks and Customers are in the bottom navigation. Open More for the remaining areas.
Complete the first setup
Use Get started to complete these five steps:
- Create an inbox.
- Receive the first email.
- Verify the sending domain.
- Deliver the first reply.
- Invite a colleague.
TicketOS updates the checklist when each result is confirmed. You can hide the checklist without stopping the setup or its email reminders.
If your business uses Qernel
TicketOS can show Qernel orders, members and parcels beside a customer ticket. Connect it later under Settings > Integrations. You do not need Qernel to use TicketOS.
